Paper Submission Guidelines: Papers should be between 2,500 and 5,000 words, including additional materials. All papers posted online will be password proctected; passwords will be emailed to presenters and registered INCS members.

Viewing Papers: Please familiarize yourself with the papers in advance by downloading them here (password required). Rather than presenting the entire paper, presenters will deliver brief remarks and then open the floor for discussion.
