Murray Hall

 

The English Department is located in Murray Hall on the College Avenue Campus in New Brunswick.

History: Murray Hall was erected in 1909. It was named for David Murray. He was an Alumnus of Rutgers College 1873, and served on the Board of Trustees of Rutgers College from 1892 until his death in 1905. Source: Catalogue of Building and Place Names at Rutgers.
