This crucial course on the art of narrative analysis is required of all English majors.  To reap the full benefit of the course, which combines instruction and practice in a range of critical approaches, we hope you will take it in your sophomore year.  Readings may include novels, plays, short stories, and graphic narratives.  Attendance is expected and required.
