01-Creative Writing Independent Study

01   TF3   CAC   65342   OSBORN  MU-001

This is a technique-driven, workshop-like class during which each student will work on one single narrative.  By the end of the second week of the semester, students must submit two-page project proposals. Projects can be continuations of ones previously started.  Upon approval, students will
write and revise.   It is anticipated that each student will have an opportunity to read her/his work to the class at least once very two weeks.  Because revision is emphasized, students should have experience of attending to different aspects of their work  through recursive processes, preferably in a class situation.

Eligibility requirements: Permission of the instructor. Students should submit 15 pp of a narrative along with a print version of a revision of same.  Handwritten pp not acceptable.

Please leave submissions in Prof. Osborn’s mailbox located in MU-101 by Nov. 16th.
