Juliana Hu Pegues Book Talk GLAS 1 Dana LucianoGlobal Asias is honored to invite you to a book talk, October 6, with Juliana Hu-Pegues on Space-Time Colonialism: Alaska's Indigenous and Asian Entanglements. Hu Pegues is Associate Professor of Literatures in English at Cornell University, and won the 2022 Lora Romero First Book Prize from the American Studies Association for this monograph.

The talk is hybrid, in-person at 15 Seminary Place, Rutgers Academic Building (West Wing) Rm 1180 and on Zoom.

The talk will feature discussants Presidential Postdoctoral Fellow Evelyn Saveedra Autry and History PhD student Raven Manygoats, and is moderated by Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies PhD candidate Mich Ling. There will be a graduate luncheon prior to the talk (12 pm) and an open reception with snacks following (4 pm). If you'd like to attend any of the events online or in-person, please RSVP.
