Activating Nineteenth-Century Archives

We invite you to join the Nineteenth Century Group on Friday November 11th at 4:00 pm, in person, for our annual fall roundtable event. This year our topic is: “Activating Nineteenth-Century Archives.” The three scholars on our panel will present work that reevaluates nineteenth-century archives—whether by expanding the boundaries of the category, exploring new material, advocating for ethical reading practices, or developing experimental methodologies. The roundtable will take place in person in the Rutgers Academic Building, Room 6051, and run from 4:00-6:00 pm. Two of our speakers will be joining us in person, and one will be joining us virtually. Refreshments will be served. Everyone is welcome; we hope to see you there!
