  • About:

    Erin Kelly is Assistant Teaching Professor at Rutgers University, where she received her PhD in English in 2015. She has taught a variety of writing and literature courses there since 2008, and in 2017 joined the Rutgers Graduate Writing Program, where she teaches courses on dissertation writing, prose style, and article publication. She has been director of the Graduate Writing Program since summer 2021. Her approach to writing instruction has been informed by her research interests in cross-cultural exchange and the history of science & rhetoric: she has published on the role of fictional narrative in the development of early modern science writing, and has a forthcoming article on globalization and adaptations of Shakespeare.
