About:
Rosie Clarke's (she/her) current research focuses on feminist phenomenology, the anti-feminist tradition, and states of exhaustion in contemporary women's writing. Her central passion is literary theory and she has published on the utility of developing new asexual and quantum approaches to reading literature. She completed a Master of Philosophy at The University of Queensland in 2023 where her thesis, “A-spec Reading Practices: Strategising Asexual Literary Criticism Through Young Adult Fiction,” won a Dean’s Award for Outstanding Higher Degree by Research Theses. -
